* Responsible for preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and
specification

Key duties and responsibilities

* Responsible for one or multiple areas of the kitchen, such as the grill or fryer.

* Responsible for preparing, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.

* Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.

* Check freshness of food and ingredients.

* Report the supplies needed to ensure efficient operation.
