(1) Validity : 30 days from the date of offer. Any future
correspondences related to this offer does not
constitute an extension of the validity of this offer.
Please refer with us for valid prices once the offer
has expired.

(2) Prices : Prices are based on package deal only & not valid
for partial items. (ATC’s responsibility towards
Specifications shall be limited to the contents of this
offer not withstanding any liability to the contents
of the project tender documents.

(3) Delivery : 12-14 weeks from the date of advance &

Confirmed PO & confirmation to proceed for
Manufacturing.
(4) Payment : 10% advance payment & balance through LC.

(5) Waranty : The equipment is warranted for a period of 12 months

from the date of Commissioning or 15 months from
the date of shipping . whichever comes first.

i. Warranty is against manufacturing defects only &

covers the parts only.

ii. Any part or portion thereof except consumable

parts under normal use within warrant period will
be repaired or replaced provided that ATC’s
examination shall prove to its satisfaction the part
has become defective under normal use.
iii. This warranty will be void if equiopment has been
damaged. misused. subjected to abnormal use or
improper installation. inadequate wiring. incorrect
voltage conditions. unauthorized service. operation
at abnormal temperature.

(6) Exclusion :1.Sand Trap Louvers. Damper actuator

2.Controls and Manometers
3.Power. Control cabling & wiring.
5. Temperature and pressure gauges & sensors
6. Vibration isolators for AHU & PACU
7. VFC contacts for BMS interfacing.
8. Any flow measuring switches& Dirty filter
Switches
9. Thermostats. Sound attenuators etc
10. Any kind of spares. Factory visit /FAT etc.
11. Off loading from the truck and safe storage of
units
12.Any other item not specifically mentioned in our
scope of supply.

(7) Storage : ATC will provide upto 7 days of free storage for
purchased equipment from the date of notification
to purchaser regarding equipment readiness for
shipment. Equipment not shipped after 7 days will
be subjected to a weekly storage charge of 2% of
equipment value until shipment.

(8) P.O. Cancellation : P.O. cancelled charges will be 25% within 2 weeks
of opening of LC, 80% within 3-6 weeks of opening
of LC & 100% within 7-8 weeks of opening of LC.

2. Power Supply: 220-240V/1PH/50HZ & 380-415V/3Ph/50Hz
3. Above VRF Ducted & Wall Mounted Type Split Units are selected with on coil
23OC DB/16OC WB @ 46OC ambient temperature.

(C) Terms & Conditions:

(1) Delivery : Split Units : 12-14 weeks from the date of PO &
advance payment.
VRF Units : 18-20 weeks from the date of PO &
advance payment.

(2) Validity : 30 days.

(3) Payment : 100% advance payment.

(4) Warranty : • The equipment is warranted by YORK against

manufacturing defect for a period of 12 months from
the date of testing & commissioning or 15 months
from the date of supply which ever ends earlier by
repairing or replacing the parts.
.

• YORK Compressors are warranted for four(4)

additional years for Split units & 1 year for VRF
units from the date of delivery

• If compressors fails to operate, the warranty after

first year will be limited. We will replace the
Compressor only and it does not cover labor charges
or any other charges.

• This warranty does not extend to the consequential

damage or loss due to normal wear and tear, lack of
routine maintenance and improve operation. Further,
it is null and void if repairs and modifications are
carried out without ALMALKI written approval.

• Warranty is valid only if there is proper routine

preventive maintenance.

(5) Exclusions : (1) Site delivery / Crainage, Installation, Testing

& Commissioning
(2) Field installation accessories such as Vibration
Isolation Pads, Refrigerant Copper pipe, Rubber
insulation, Black tape, Control Wire, Top up of
R410a gas, Spare Parts, Consumable etc.

(6) Ware House Charges: If units are not collected from our Ware House
within 3 days from the date of intimation,
Demurrage charges shall be applied at QR. 15/- per
kg. per day.

(7) P.O. Cancellation : P.O. cancelled charges will be 25% of total contract
value once the official purchase order received
from the client.
