Job Description
The Sales Account Manager sells the companies’ complete product, services & solutions offering to its largest and most
strategic prospects. The Sales Account Manager may have a secondary focus on penetrating certain assigned customers with
substantial growth opportunity, as assigned by management. The Sales Account Manager closes and implements complex,
high value growth opportunities within a base of named prospects (and/or customers). The Sales Account Manager most
important means of interacting with customers and prospects is through face-to-face meetings. The Sales Account Manager is
responsible for achieving an assigned sales and profit goal.

Job Resposibilities
 Develop and document account plans that result in software and services revenue growth and enhanced customer
relationship.
 Leads all aspects of the sales process, while calling upon other company sales resources to assist in solution
development, proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by management.
 Sells the complete offering of company products and services to assigned opportunities.
 Establish and maintain relationship with key business and technical decision makers.
 Identify and understand key issues and requirements with customers and provide trusted solution.
 Manage sales opportunities through entire Solution Selling Process.
 Maintain accurate sales forecast on monthly basis.
 Work with internal resources and industry partners together to provide total solution to address customers’
requirements.
 Develop and execute winning strategy over competitors to increase overall market share.
 Tender (To manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities).
 Manage inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams,
finance, commercial, legal and delivery.

Requirements and Skills

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
 Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
 Working knowledge of the latest trends and developments in IT industry.
 The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
 Excellent time management and organization.
 Proven sales and customer satisfaction track record.
 Experience in selling IT Solutions is a must.
Other Requirements and notes
 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
 Relevant Certification will be a plus.
