Police Station: Baghbanpura, District Lahore

SENTENCE. Appellant is convicted U/s 337-L(2) PPC……

Daman of Rs. 5000/- payable to Rukhsana
Bibi.
 U/s 337-F1 PPC, three months R.I. and fine of
Rs. 2000/-…….. in default ten days S.I.

Benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C. is also given

to the appellant.

The Learned Trial Court has directed to

appellant/convict for submission of surety
bond to the tune of Rs. 50,000/- with one
surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of
this Court. (Trial Court).

Respectfully Sheweth:-

a. That the appellant was convicted on 16-07-2008 by the

Learned Magistrate 1st Class, Lahore Cantt. as

mentioned supra.

GROUNDS OF APPEAL.

1. That the judgment of Learned Trial Court is

against the law and facts of the case as borne

by record.

2. That the appellant is a lady and belongs to a

respectable family.

3. That there are contradictions in occular

account.

4. That there are conflicts between medical

evidence and occular account.

 5. That co-accused has been acquitted on the

same evidence by the Learned Trial Court.

6. That occular account is not reliable for

conviction as it does not inspire confidence.

PRAYER
Under the circumstances, it is
respectfully prayed that the appeal may very kindly
be accepted and the impugned judgement dated
16.07.2008 passed by the Learned Trial Court may
kindly be set aside and the appellant may kindly be
acquitted from the charge.
