DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement made and executed in Silang, Cavite, this 7th day of March, 2019,
by and between:

-------, of legal age, with postal address at -----, hereinafter

referred to as SELLER,

-----, of legal age, with postal address at -----, hereinafter

referred to as BUYER.

Witnesseth that:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the lawful owner of a motor vehicle, particularly

described as follows:

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy the said motor vehicle, as is, where is,
and the SELLER agreed to sell the same, under the conditions herein stated;

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows:

1. The SELLER hereby agrees to sell, transfer, and convey to the buyer, his heirs,
successors, and assigns, the above described vehicle, upon payment of the
sum of Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 80,000.00), receipt of which is
acknowledged by the SELLER;

2. All costs required for the transfer and registration of ownership shall be for the
account of the BUYER;

3. The SELLER warrants and declares that the said motor vehicle is free and clear
of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, and affirms as a positive fact that
there is no other transaction regarding the subject motor vehicle with any third
party nor any transaction that will affect the rights and interest of the BUYER
on the subject property, and that SELLER shall defend its ownership from any
claim whatsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures this 7th
day of March, 2019 at Silang, Cavite, Philippines.

This Deed of Absolute Sale of a vehicle, consisting of two (2) pages, including this
page wherein the Acknowledgement is written, has been signed by the parties and their
witnesses on each and every page thereof, at the proper spaces and on the left margin,
and sealed with my notarial seal.
