1. Class 10  Each student is required to:


participation & i. Download and read the lecture notes. The materials are available in the i-Folio.
assignment ii. Participate in the online assignment as found in the i-Folio. The assignment
should be completed before the class meeting.
iii. Participate in the class discussion.

2. Quizzes 20  Each student is required to take the online quizzes (a total of 2 quizzes
throughout the modular course), which are uploaded in the i-Folio on every
Friday.
 Each quiz will be available for 24 hours, from 12.00 afternoon on Friday until
12.00 afternoon on the next following (Saturday).
 Each student is responsible to answer the quiz within the given time. No marks
will be awarded for late submission / attempt.

3 Test 20  A sit-in test will be given to students at the end of the course, Meeting 4.
 Each student is responsible to avoid plagiarism, copy-paste work, and
cheating. No marks will be awarded if one of this issues is found in the
submitted answer. If two submitted answers are similar / identical, both the
perpetrator and the victim will be penalized.
4 Project paper 20  Each student is required to write an essay, which is based on academic
discussion but targeted at practitioners:
i. The theme is “Corporate Behavior Issues and Challenges for SMEs”.
ii. Choose a specific issue in CB, write an essay that includes (a) current situations
and problems, (b) suggested solutions based on the chosen issue, (c) challenges
in implementing it, (d) conclusion, and (e) recent academic references (at least 3
years back).
 Number of words: 1,200 to 1,500 only.
 Submission date: October 31, 2019 before 12:00 NOON through UKM-GSB
counter. Submission must be in the form of printed essay inserted in a
management file. Include cover page.

Group work 30  Students are required to work on a short video and to upload it on the YouTube.
5  Each student will be assigned to a small group and collectively contribute to the
success of the short video by engaging in the preparation of and participation in
the project.
 Further instructions will be given to the students on the 1st Meeting.
 No marks will be awarded for failing to contribute to the success of this group
work.
 Submission date: October 31, 2019 before 12:00 NOON through e-mail (i.e., e-
mail the YouTube link to me: idarosnita@ukm.edu.my )
