PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Employer Labor Organization Any Other Person Public Official or Employee / Police
Obstructing, impeding or interfering with, by force, violence, coercion, threats or intimidation any peaceful picketing by employees, or aiding or
abetting such obstruction or interference

Employment of unlawful means or commission of prohibited acts or practices in the course of a strike or lockout

Use of force, violence, intimidation, coercion and similar acts in the course of a strike or lockout

Use of barricades, blockades and obstructions

Declaring a STRIKE or LOCKOUT on invalid grounds

Declaring a STRIKE or LOCKOUT on grounds involving inter-


union or intra-union disputes

Declaring a STRIKE or LOCKOUT on issues submitted to the


grievance machinery

Declaring a STRIKE or LOCKOUT after submission of the


dispute to voluntary or compulsory arbitration

Declaring a STRIKE or LOCKOUT without first having


bargained collectively

Declaring a STRIKE or LOCKOUT without complying with the


mandatory procedural requisites

Declaring a STRIKE or LOCKOUT during the pendency of a


case involving the same grounds cited in the Notice of Strike
