AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER & RELINQUISHMENT OF RIGHT

WE, HEIRS OF MARIO TOLENTINO, namely surviving spouse AUREA

ALMERON TOLENTINO, children MARIANE T. JABILI married to Victor
Jabili and DEANNA ROSE A. TOLENTINO, single, all of legal age, Filipino,
and with postal address at Brgy. Putingkahoy, Rosario, Batangas, after being
duly sworn in accordance with law hereby depose and state that;

1. WE are legitimate heirs of the deceased MARIO TOLENTINO, who

died on March 22, 2002 at Muntinlupa City and a farm beneficiary under
the CAR program;

2. That said deceased died before the CLOA be issued and thus, WE,
MARIANE T. JABILI married to Victor Jabili and DEANNA ROSE A.
TOLENTINO, have herein agreed to surrender our rights and, in
gratitude, had, by virtue of this statement waive, renounce and relinquish
our claim in favor of our mother AUREA A. TOLENTINO the interest over
the farm lot due to our father;

3. That WE are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

I, AUREA A. TOLENTINO, of legal age, widow, Filipino and with residence

address at San Isidro, Rosario, Batangas, after being duly sworn in accordance
with law hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the TRANSFEREE farm beneficiary of my deceased husband MARIO

TOLENTINO;

2. As TRANSFREE thereof, I undertake to keep and maintain the

productivity of the subject land and abide by the rules and regulations
governing the CAR program and of being a farm beneficiary;

3. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and to

assure the Department of Agrarian Reform of the aforementioned
undertaking.

I, AUREA A. TOLENTINO, of legal age, widow, Filipino and with

residence address at San Isidro, Rosario, Batangas, after being duly sworn in
accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. That I own a total aggregate landholding, including the area of THREE

THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT (3,288) SQUARE METERS farm lot
awarded to my deceased husband Mario Tolentino, of not more than five (5)
hectares;

2. That this Affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative

Order No. 1, Series of 1989 as well as to show proof that my total aggregate
landholding inclusive of the land subject of above-mentioned transaction does
not exceed five (5) hectares.
