Admission to B.A./B.Sc. (Hons, General & Major) & BBA (Hons) Courses, 2019

 Process of admission to BA/B.Sc. (Hons, General & Major) & BBA (Hons) courses,
2019 will start on and from 27.05.2019.
 The applications are to be submitted through online and no printed form will be
available from the college
 Application fees of Rs. 200/- per subject combination + Service Charge to be
remitted through payment gateway.
 Each subject combination will be treated as a separate application.

updates.

General Information:

 Following documents should be uploaded during application:


a)Mark sheet of the last qualifying Examination, b) Admit card of Madhyamik or
equivalent certificate showing date of birth, c) Documents for Caste certificates (for
reserved category), d) Physical disability certificate from the appropriate authority
(for physically challenged candidates), e) School leaving certificate.

 Candidate must upload their recent passport size photograph and signature during
application.
 Candidates selected for admission in 1st admission list in each subject will have to
take admission within 48 hours paying requisite fees via the payment gateway
provided on the admission link. However, for subsequent admission lists (if any)
candidates selected for admission will have to take admission within 24 hours
paying requisite fees via the payment gateway provided on the admission link.

within 11.06.2019 upto 12 noon. Final merit list after rectification, if any along with
the list of candidates eligible for admission will be published on 13.06.2019.

 In accordance with the orders of the Honorable Supreme Court, UGC has
mandated that all students must submit a student’s anti-ragging undertaking and a
parent’s anti-ragging undertaking to the college at the time of admission. The
undertaking can be filled online at www.antiragging.in or
www.amanmovement.org. Students are expected to fill-up the affidavit available at
the mentioned web-links and present the signed copies of the same at the time of
admission failing which the admission process won’t be completed.

 Vacant seats on reserved categories (if any) to be filled up after de-reservation from
competent authority. However, any vacancy seat of ST category can be filled up by
candidate of SC category.

 Verification of documents to be done only when the students report for the classes.
Dates for verification to be notified later on college website. All the original
documents should be produced at the time of verification. Admission will be
cancelled if the documents are found not in conformity with the declaration in the
form submitted online.

 Students coming from the vocational stream can be considered for


admission to B.A./B.Sc. (General) courses only.

 All the admissions are PROVISIONAL and the authority reserves the right to
cancel any application at the time of verification without showing any reason
whatsoever.
