 Terms & Conditions
1. The candidates must submit the filled in form for admission.
2. The students can reserve the seat in a particular batch by paying the fee either in cash/DD along
with the application form. The admission can be taken either in person or by sending the DD
along with application form.
3. The student would be liable for necessary action as deemed fit by the JK Cloud Tech for any
wrong information filled in the application form.
4. Mere submission of the application would not ensure his / her admission. Candidate would be
required to provide his/her educational certificates (Photostat copies) viz. SSC certificate for the
proof of age (Compulsory) and Proof of ID.

Checklist:
 Every student is expected to maintain discipline inside and outside the classroom. In case of
violation of any of the rules & regulations or discipline the institute reserves the right to cancel
the admission without any refund of fee.
 All students are required to bring identity card daily to the class & the card shall be presented
for verification whenever it is demanded.
 If any student misuses the ID card/Fee receipt, the admission will be cancelled and serious
action will be taken.
 Study material will be given on ID card along with identity card only.
 In all matters, the decision of the administrative authority of the center shall be final.
 All disputes are subject to Jurisdiction at Jammu and Kashmir only.
