INTRODUCTION

The field of artificial intelligence where machines are designed to perform single task
and the machine gets very good in performing that particular task. Within thirty years we will
have the technological means to create superhuman intelligence shortly after the human era
will be ended. The first intelligence machine will be the last invention that humans ever need to
make. Artificial intelligence is the system which can be as intelligent as human beings and can
perform task humans can do.

Artificial intelligence is a branch of science which deals with helping machines find
solutions to complex problems in a more human like fashion, education and the most use is for
security this generally involves borrowing characteristics from human intelligence and applying
them as algorithms in a computer friendly way. For example like what we say AI can help to find
a solution in a complex problems first is on fashion in AI it can recognize if your fashion is suited
for you. The next one is for education, in education they can easy learn or study in a less effort
way because in the use of AI they can easy know how to solve something without any help from
other. Lastly is for security the Artificial Intelligence is helpful in terms of security because by
using AI in security perform the person or a human being may have a privacy.

In this form of AI there is many type of AI security for example is from the house there is
a device which program to be a security lock which the owner of the house doesn’t need to buy
a padlock to make their house secure. Next one is from your files there is a AI that programmed
in form of a security for example is on cellphones or smartphones there is a security to lock
your phone so that you feel better that anyone can’t easily open you phone. The other one is a
form of security in school that help the school or campus to make secure their facility in any
bad incidents or situation so that the security of the school may be enhance in using school we
say it because AI is a useful program that it can easily do this just like humans can do. For
example the security guard the school have it but AI can also be a security guard by
programming the AI in form of recognizing who is the person go inside of the school and who is
the one who leave. And AI can recognize weapons and personality of a person. It can also
recognize the size of weapons and quickly report to the local or near police station. The
immediacy of this technology could play a significant role in preventing violence and active
shooter threats on school. So that the school can prevent also any crime that under in school
policy.

Artificial intelligence is a field that many schools are interested in there are developers
like shielded students are working on creating a technology that can be helpful on there school
because in that way the school maybe more protected in any kind of situation and also the
school are more aware on how the AI works in daily living. In artificial intelligence is a program
so that there is a tendency that sometimes there was some troubleshooting so that the safety
of the school is on the facility members that’s why too much trust in AI is a wrong thing.

The purpose of the study is to make the personnel that involves or part of the school
that they are always secure in daily living. And we conduct this study to know who are the
agree in this kind of security and to know the disagree on this policy. And the other purpose is
to easily detect or monitor the happenings inside the school just like if there’s a children does
not attending classes or if there is a emergency or any kind of bad situations.

This study is helpful in terms of security that no one can enter in the school without or
doesn’t has/have a security ID. So there is no outsiders can enter but the parents who are
registered also in security ID on their children has/have a permission to visit or go inside the
campus.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The study sought to answer the following questions:

1. What are the differences between the traditional security and advanced AI security
on school?
2. What are the effects of using Artificial Intelligence in school?
3. What are the advantages and disadvantage of using AI in security?
4. What are the benefits of having Artificial Intelligence?

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

This research specifically targets to benefits the following:

For the student to understand why Ai is needed for the school security and for them to
be aware of what is the good and bad effects of the Artificial Intelligence and how it works also
they aware if there’s any problem or bad situation (earthquakes, fire, etc.).

For parents they will easily monitor their children on school even though they are at
home. Also for them not to worry much about the situation of their children because the AI
security will check if their children attended their classes or not. It also updates want time the
student arrive on school and the time when the student leave from the school.

For Faculty member s they benefits by giving them more aware security and help them
to any circumstances like emergencies and help them to do the paper works easily.

While for security guards it can benefit them in monitoring the students iin going school
and in leaving school. Because this kind of device or program can do easily to recognize a single
person.

Lastly it will greatly help the school in keeping students and teacher safe and secure
from any bad incidents and they will feel safer in their daily activities on school.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATION

The main scope of this study is to enhance the security in school through artificial
intelligence in Batangas Eastern Colleges.

The focus of this study is to highten awareness of violence on school through artificial
intelligence, school will be supported in existing safety plans through multi-tiered approaches
that does not only look at physical security but also includes better response alert system and
communication methods. Moreover it explores on how emerging technologies like artificial
intelligence can help provide security.

This study is limited to students, parents, and ever security guards. And this delimited to
the people that do not belong to the school population (public workers including tricycle
drivers, public vendors, beggar etc.).

We introduce CAPTCHA, an automated test that humans can pass, but current computer
programs can’t pass : any program that has high success over CAPTCHA can be used to solve an
unsolved Artificial Intelligence (AI) problem. We provide several novel construction of
CAPTCHA, since CAPTCHAS have many applications in practical security, our approach introduce
a new class of hard problems that can be exploited for security purposes. Much like research in
cryptography has had a positive impact on algorithms for factoring and discrete log, we hope
that the use of hard AI problems for security purposes allows us to advance the field of Artificial
Intelligence. We introduce two families of AI problems that can be use to construct CAPTCHAS
and we show that solutions to such problems can be use for steganographic communication.
CAPTCHAs based on theses AI problem families, then, imply a win-win situation: either there is
a way to differentiate humans from computers, or the problems are solved and there is a way
to communicate covertly on some channels.

The study will be conducted in Batangas Eastern Colleges located in San Juan Batangas.

In this research, we will use a interview as our research instrument to know the
perspective or response of the participants in the study.

The respondents of this study are students, teachers and security guards.

DATA COLLECTION

We will use a interview as a research questionnaire which we have a checklist that the
participant will answer as and covert participant observation is where those being observed are
aware of the fact. The researcher may still participate in the activity being observed.

The gathered data from the doing of interview to verified and validated through the
help of the participant who answered or give their opinion in our interview.

DOCUMENTATION

The researcher provided questions for specific respondents to answer. Meaning to say
the research conduct of a interview.

We the researcher we look for some specific respondents to answer our provided
questions. We group some employee of our school just like guards we group them so they can
answered us together in that scenario we ask some questions and they answered us, while they
answering we recorded every answer that they say. After that we listen the re4cording of our
interview in guards so we easily to compile the gathered datas. And other one is we excuses
some selected students from school in that way we interview them one by one. Just like in
guards we also recorded it to easily review the answer that they given. Lastly is for the teachers
we conduct interview by going on there office one by one to talk clearly we also recorded it.

The answers or opinion we get from our respondents we notice that the answer they
given is similar to each other like “A security can help a lot to the beneficiary but if Ai and
human security work together we can be more secure because two is better than one”

RESULTS

Most of the respondents agree and like about Artificial Intelligence(AI) use as a school
security.

Q1.Are you agree or disagree in using AI in the form of security in school?

6 out of 8 is agree while the rest is disagree they said that they agree because its more
efficient than any security. While the 2 respondents say that the Ai security can’t make the
security of the school much secure because there is some scenario that the AI security can’t
manage. In summarizing it there is 80% of agreement while 20% of disagree.

Q2.Do you think that AI would be a good security also on other school like public school?
Why?

50% said that AI is can implement in public school because there is a government that
can help to make a security just like that. In a way that the fund of the school also can help to
provide that kind of security. But the other 50% of the respondents disagree or they think that

it can’t implement in other public school because of the budget of the school if the budget is
not sufficient there is a tendency that the security can’t build.

Q3. Where do you prefer in human security or in AI security? Why?

The respondents said that the human security is good in security and also the AI security
but they said that if the two security works together is much more better to make our school
more secure because of there is a time that the AI can’t monitor the surroundings of the school
while the human security can monitor the whole campus. And the other is there is Ai can but
the human security cant because Ai can record easily the students who entered and live in
school while the human security can’t because the mind or the memorizing system of our brain
has limitation.

Q4.What do you thinks is the more essential and productive security between the two of
one?

The guards choose that the more productive is the human security because the human
can make a lot of things that the AI can’t in there is a time that some of Ai device have
malfunctions, bug, errors etc. so they prefer to the human security. In other hand the teacher
said the Ai is much better because they can easily monitor their subjects students and advisory
if the students attended or go to school because they said that there is a time that the students
entering the school in recess so that they can’t know if the students is attended there class.

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS

After conducting the study, the researchers were able find out the important
information about Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a form of security.

We find out that AI security is effective in term of attendance in school and class that its
more helpful in teachers to monitor the student that they advisory or subject class. And there
are many teachers agree with that kind of security and device. Also the students are agree with
that kind of AI system because its less hassle on the students to say that they are present also
in teacher its less hassle to them to monitor who is attending the class and who are not. And
the other respondents said that its good to have this kind of security but there is a bad
comments such as this AI system is not trusted because they said that there is a time that the
AI system malfunction so it can’t help to make our school secure. And also they said that the Ai
security and human security is much better if the two of them work together because the Ai
can detect or recognized the students while the human security can look around for some
surveillance.

CONCLUSION

- If the two of them , the human and Ai security work together it become a strong
and effective school security.

1. Differences between the human and advanced AI security on school

Between the two of them the human security or what we call the security guard is
productive but some incidents that the human security can’t prevent just like students cutting
class from their subject class while the AI can monitor it but Ai also can’t round the whole
campus because the Ai is place in one place not like human security can do that.

2. Effects of using AI in school

Effects of using AI in school in a form of a security there is a lot of good effects of using AI in
school just like AI using a learning tool, AI using a security. But we focus in security the good
effects of AI in security is the more awareness and safety of the corresponding area that have

AI. For example in school the school use an AI security in a way of the AI can read if that person
is a outsider or it’s a student in that school. In otherwise there is a bad effect of having it
because there is a time that the AI experience malfunctions, errors and bugs. In that case the Ai
security can function wisely and at the end that it will be devastate.

3. Advantage/disadvantages of AI

AI is having a lot of advantages, for example AI would have a low error rate compared to
human, if coded properly. And also they won’t affected by hostile environments, the able to
complete dangerous task just like scanning if there is a bad person around your area. It can also
replace human in some critical task on some works. It can help to easily compile or arrange
some documents or records. but just like the other said in any advantage there is disadvantages
the first and common disadvantage is cost a lot of money and time to build it and also to repair
it because AI is not a easy or common things that we use AI is a device that so sensitive one
error and the other will breakdown. They cannot work outside of what they were programmed
because Ai have a lot of forms like robots, AI as a learning tool, AI use to function an android
phones, Computer AI etc.

4. Benefits of having AI

AI is the one of the program that has lot of benefits because in AI you can be more advance
in other person because AI is a advance device or program that the human person developed.
The first benefits is you can be more advance on other so that you can explore some things that
the other not yet discover in that way you will be the first person discover it. The other benefits
are you can live easily in your life or daily living. And you can more secureness in your life

5. Feasible to build a new advance security

This study is feasible to apply from the reality because in Batangas Eastern Colleges have a
lot of programmers to develop this kind of program or software. So we can easily make that
kind of security for our school. In that case the campus will free in any bad incidents. And also
we can make this such security with the help of the fund of the school which we use to build
this kind of security. We sure that
