IT Systems Administrator Duties and Responsibilities

The Information Technology Systems Administrator will be responsible for

implementation, and maintenance of various technologies managed by the Inform
department. This person will focus on the administration of Legal Aid of NorthWes
network infrastructure to include desktop PC’s, servers, network equipment, and softwa

customer service and organizational skills to support administrative personnel, departm
staff, and clients. Promote a positive work environment by maintaining respectful inter
members. This position requires the ability to function successfully in both team and i

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Assists in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various
desktop PC’s, servers, network equipment, and software applications.
•  Monitors and maintains the use of the LANWT’s photocopiers and printers.
•  Develops, maintains, and monitors procedures for all server backups.
•  Monitors, plans, and coordinates the distribution of client/server software and s
•  Makes recommendations for new equipment and services to purchase and w
vendors for procurement.
