1.2: Introduction of business project.
Triple J’s Yema-Pao will give customers a different taste
of siopao. It’s the combination of Sweet Yema and siopao
buns that will give the customers satisfaction. It’s a
dessert like snack that they can enjoy any time of the
day.
1.3: Nature of business
The business’ nature is a service type food industry
wherein the raw materials are processed and converted into
a finished goods consumed by the customers. The product
can be consumed as a dessert or snacks.
1.4: Business Goal/Objective
 To introduce a different kind of siopao to the
customers.
 To help the customers enjoy snacks with a dessert
like food.
 To offer a delicious and affordable snack for the
customers.
 To widen the choices of customers when it comes to
siopao.
 To expand into number of branches in a year.

Triple J’s Yema-Pao is a small partnership business owned
by Joseph Christian S. Reables,Jan Lazer D. Tadeo,Jinky
Mayiel L. Apan.

2.1 Product
Our product contains sweetened condensed milk,
vanilla essence and sugar for the yema filling. For the
bun: water, sugar, yeast, all-purpose flour, shortening.

2.2 Services
Triple J’s Yema-Pao can deliver around Cabanatuan City as
long as the order is 12 pcs/1 box and up.

Our product is different from our competitors because Yema


is our filling. Unlike asado,bola bola and choco pao. Yema
is a new sweet and delicious flavor for the customers that
they can enjoy.

8.1 Environmetal Hazards and Prevention

Contamination (viruses and physical hazards) of the


product . We will surely prevent contamination beacause we
use clean and fresg raw materials for our product and our
personnels have proper hygiene and wears mask, apron and
gloves.

8.2 Evaluate Weakness of the business

The only weakness of our business is that our product is


not popular unlike the products of our competitors.

8.3 Contingecy Plans

Risk Solution
Fire If the can handle the fire
he/she will use the fire
extinguisher available in
the stall. But if the fire
is big they evacuate
immediately and call the
bfp.
Equipment (malfunction) In case the equipment got
damage. It will be replaced
or repaired. The contingency
fund will cover the
expenses.
Personnel If the personnel got sick
the other personnel will
substitute. He/she will
received double payment.
Contamination If the product or the raw
materials are contaminated
the personnel should dispose
the product / raw material
to avoid consumption of
contaminated materials.
Bankruptcy In case of bankruptcy. The
owners contributed money for
contingency funds that can
use to start the business
all over again.
