The new track links are manufactured with special

boron steel, quenched, tempered and stress relieved to
guarantee high resistance and support heavy structural
loads.

The track link rail is deep induction hardened to optimize

wear performance in any environment and working
condition.

The track bushings have a new internal geometry and an
improved inner surface roughness to reduce surface friction
between pin and bushing, optimize contact load distribution
and improve internal oil circulation.

Roller shell is made from special boron steel, through

hardened and stress relieved to increase robustness,
guarantee high resistance, support heavy structural loads
and optimize wear performance in any environment.

The roller shaft is induction hardened, realized with high

VXUIDFH¿QLVKLQJTXDOLW\WRUHVLVWDWKHDY\UDGLDODQGD[LDO
loads and in the meantime guarantee the working high
speed required to the machine and adequate internal oil
lubrication.

New end collars able to guarantee improved internal seal

protection and greater clamping force.

Upper roller is equipped with conical bearings instead of

bronze bushings to support high workloads received from
chain and guarantee durability.

Idler wheel is made from special cast steel, with idler rim
induction hardened to increase robustness and optimize
wear performance.
