OBJECTIVE

To obtain a part time position that allows me to continue with my passion for providing a proper dining
experience and quality food to customers. After graduating from the University of Utah, I have been
focused on my career in the Outdoor industry but I still have a passion for food that I would like to
continue working with.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Coalatree , Salt Lake City, UT May 2019- Present


 Private Label Sales Representative
 Reaching out to private companies as well as promotional companies about collaborations for
large custom orders. I developed this from an internship into a full-time position that has helped
build Coalatree to our highest year of sales ever in our 10-year anniversary as well as new
expansion into a retail office space.

 Social media manager


 Running customer engagement across all social media platforms. Helping with customer service
as well as returns and exchanges. I also help set up and run logistics at all events that Coalatree
sponsors or participates in.

The Old Spaghetti Factory January2016- Oct, 2019


 Closing server, trainer, and in charge of financial till each night. I have worked my way from
busser to one of the lead servers in charge of all things from closing down the restaurant,
checking off other servers before they can leave and am in charge of making sure servers are
paid correctly at the end of each night.
 Busser. As one of the lead bussers at the restaurant I was responsible for closing the restaurant
and preparing everything for the following day. Because of this, it gave me great experience with
customer service and responsibility to present the restaurant well.

Amicis, San Rafael, CA May-July, 2015


 Delivery driver/general store help, responsible for assembling all to-go orders and getting the
food safely to customers without damage as well as take care of customer service issues when
there were issues with deliveries.

Chicago Fire, Sacramento, CA June 2010- August 2014

 Bussing then serving at my family restaurant which my uncle owned. Helping with menu
development and growing was a very fun role while they expanded to now 5 locations. The
menu has grown and changed very fast which was very informative and exciting to see.

 Camp counselor, ran multiple summer camps offering academic and athletic leadership to middle
school youth.
 Head Lifeguard, responsible for overseeing three large pools in a busy summer season at a
popular country club.
 First aid counselor, as a first aid and CPR certified employee I was set in charge of all injuries
during camp.
