The following Terms and Conditions shall apply:

1. The above is just a cost estimate based on the initial finding of our technician. During repair, if additional parts
need to be replaced and are not included in this quotation, you will be notified with a new quotation.
2. Price quotation is valid for five (5) days from date of quotation. Prices above are subject to change without prior
notice..
Warranty: One (1) month covering labor. NO Warranty on all Printer and Monitor Spare Parts. One (1) Year
Warranty Computer Spare Parts

3. Other damages caused by accident, disaster, abuse, misuse, incorrect installation, termites, and rodents,
tampered/serviced by non-Thinking Tools, Inc. service technicians.
4. Payment terms: 30 DAYS

5. Some spare parts may not be available immediately. Please allow us 30-90 working days lead-time.
6. If CANCEL QUOTATION/REPAIR, charge will be 400.00 as check-up charge.
7. Cancellation: Cancel orders are subject to a cancellation charge. 50% for orders of Php10, 000.00 and below;
30% for orders of Php10, 000.00 above.
8. Unconfirmed quotation upon receipt within 7 days will be cancelled.
