- Aided a study on the presence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in dirt samples
across the nation, using serial dilution, PCR, and gel electrophoresis among
other techniques. Presented data and additional research via poster format.
• Chemistry 1220 Laboratory Practical (April 2019)
- Coordinated an experiment aimed at characterizing unknown solids via
acidity/basicity and polarity as determined by tests using universal indicator,
titrations, and solubility in known solvents.

Volunteer Experience:

• Canfield Leo’s Club (2014-2018)

- Engaged with community leaders to assist with local functions, events, and
charities.
• Akron Children’s Hospital (2016-2018)
- Organized and prepared informative pamphlets as well as staffed community
outreach events. Hand-crafted over forty blankets for patients.

- Accepted into selective summer student volunteer program. Guided patients
and visitors throughout campus and improved workplace efficiency through
aiding with sample delivery and food preparation.

- Compassionately serves patients and visitors refreshments and snacks to
ease the stress of hospital visits.
