SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Judee Katherine S. Rallos , of legal age, Filipino, single, and presently residing in 41-F Pelaez
St. Cebu City , Philippines, with postal address at 29 Fairfield Sq., Hampshire, P06 3JS , do
hereby name, constitute and appoint Ma. Trinidad S. Rallos , Filipino citizen, of legal age,
single/married, and presently residing at 41-F Pelaez St. Cebu City , Philippines and Rio R. Englis ,
Filipino citizen, of legal age, single/married, and presently residing at Colorado Homes Cotcot Liloan
Cebu , Philippines as my true and legal representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform
the following acts:

1. Authorizing him/her to represent, negotiate, transact and process all papers in connection with my
purchase of Unit 5 LINES Townhomes situated at Barangay of San Isidro, City of Talisay, Island of
Cebu under TCT No. 102-2015003296, owned by Nestor I. Liston, with address at 66 South City
Homes, Uldog St., Cansojong, Talisay City Cebu.
2. To execute and sign for and in my behalf the Reservation Agreement, Contract to Sell, Deed of
Absolute Sale, Deed of Restrictions, Deed of Assignment and Transfer of rights, Equity Agreement
and other related documents, for this Purpose, including the Authorization required by Visayan
Electric Company (VECO) and other necessary utilities needed.
3. To work on, facilitate and follow-up the transfer of Ownership over the said property in my name
before the proper government agencies and to demand, claim and receive the owner’s duplicate copy
of the title and declaration of the property in my name covering the aforesaid property from the
Registry of Deeds.

Whereby giving and granting unto said Attorney, full power and authority to perform each and every act
and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premise, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could do of if personally present and acting, and hereby ratifying and conforming all
that my attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done and virtue of these presents.
