In mean time the Partha PratimBusu | Federation/Union is pressing upon the Management to implement the Cadre Restructuring Committee’s recommendation for the EO/AO cadre that is upgrading 0 Secretaries the Grade Pay to Rs.5400/- from Rs. 4800/- on compl of 4 years in the e ‘Zrganising yecretares without waiting for the Recruitment Rules to be framed. In the CR it is stated that EO/AOs pay will be upgraded as NFSG from 47600-151100 D Gopal Goud (Level 8) to 53100-167800 (Level 9) on completion of 4 regular service in the former Raton Thwart level. In this regard your attention is drawn to the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise & Customs letter No. F.No. A-26017/98/2008 dated Ranjan Choudhary 16.09.2009 wherein it has been clarified that ‘Group B Officers’ of Central Board of Excise & Customs i.e. Customs Appraiser/Superintendent of Customs who are drawing Dharm Singh Meena}. It is further suggested Organising Secretaries the fixation may be done notionally up to 09.12.2015 in case the said Officers had completed 4 years before the notification of CR in EPFO i.e. 09.12.2015. It is not out of place Vijoy Pal to mention that the Section Officers in EPFO, Head Office had been granted NFSG Sojeeth Kumar upgradation of 5400 right from the date of implementation of 6" Central Pay Commission i.e. from 01.01.2006 without waiting for any amendment in the Prosanth Barik Recruitment Rules and subsequently the amendments were carried out only in the . latest RR published in the year 2018, Similarly in the very same EO/AO cadre the pay Vij € Thokre scale were upgraded from 5500-175-9000 to 6500-200-10500 (5 CPC) without D Gopal Goud waiting for any RR and further the Grade Pay was upgraded from 4600 to 4800 (6" CPC) in the absence of amendment in RR. Therefore it is once again reiterated that Raton Tiwari the same may be implemented without waiting for the Recruitment Rules. In the Ranjan Chovdh Draft Recruitment Rules tabled the condition is mentioned as “4 YEARS OF REGULAR anjan Choudhary SERVICE IN LEVEL 8”. In this Dwijen Ch Das connection your attention is invited to Office Memorandum No. AB.14017/61/2008- Estt (RR) dated 24.03.2009 issued by the DOPT that minimum qualifying service for Povon Holdikar promotion has been specified. As per the said OM the minimum qualifying service for promotion from Grade Pay 4600 to 4800 is specified as 2 years. It is therefore Umesh Kumar Shukla requested that the minimum qualifying service be reduced as 2 years which is strictly $ Jaigopal as per the instructions contained in the DOPT OM dated 24.03.2009.
