Japan Philippines Community and Communication Stimulation and Therapeutic Activity

Center 5-Baguio is a rehabilitation center for children and young adults with disabilities, who are

undergoing therapy and training for independent living.

The center is a non-governmental organization that has project partners. The following are the

project partners of the center: Community for Children (C4C), STAC5 Parents and Association of

Baguio (SPAB), Kabayan Association of Parents of Special Children (KAPSC), Schools of Social Work,

Caregivers and Health Care Providers, Local Government Unit, Government Organizations (GO’s),

Non-Governmental Organization (NGO’s), People’s Oraganizations (PO’s), Civic and Religious

Organizations.

Optimum Health, education and socio-economic status for better wellbeing and development of

children and young adults with disabilities.

Mission

To promote, deliver, and make an accessible. Quality interventions and support services for children

and young adults with disabilities through mutual efforts with the community and an integrated service

delivery approach.
