Meeting was called to order at 17.00 P.M at Skype. Quorum was established.

1. Treasures and company's cash flow reports are given and presented by Siska Elymia
2. Management report given by Kemas Rafi. Archived in Association's records

Business Decisions

1. Services: Tedi Rivan suggested to bring Social Media Management as company's primary
services
2. Services: Yogi Aris also suggested to bring other services as well. He suggested things
like designing, video making and photo products.
3. Services: A Portofolio will be made soon before the end of the month.
4. Vote: Social Media Management, Desigining and Photo Products are approved. Video
making will be discussed again on the next meeting
5. Price: After further calculation, Siska stated that the price for Social Media Management
service would be around Rp 2.000.000,-
6. Price: All members approved the price. Further details would be presented on the next
meeting.
7. Place: Kemas Rafi suggested that CV should be rent the place first for the first 3 years.
8. Place: Tedi suggested the place's price can't be above Rp 100.000.000,-
9. Resolved Place: Yogi Aris will find the place for the company until the end of the month.
10. Marketshare: Tedi Rivan explained to members that there's no significant competitor in
the area for now. He presented the data which he got after his research.
