AFFIDAVIT OF SELF-ADJUCATION

I, ADRIAN M. ESTIMO, after having been sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state that:
1. I am of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Brgy. Miagao,
Iloilo;
2. I, to the exclusion of all others, am the only legitimate heir of the
late FERNANDO M. ESTIMO, who died one year ago at ago at
Brgy. Miagao, Iloilo, leaving without any will or any unsettled
debt,
3. The deceased, at the time of his death left a parcel of land, to wit:
A parcel of residential land situated at Sitio 1, Igbaras, Iloilo
designated as Lot No. 10626-E-3 part containing an area of
One Thousand Five Hundred (1500) square meters
bounded on the North by road right of way; on the East by
Lot No. 10626-E-4; on the South by Lot No. 10626-D; and on
the West by Lot No. 10626-E, covered by ARP No. 2013-11-
0011-00632 declared in the name of Fernando P. Estimo
with an assessed value of P 2, 000, 760.00.
4. The deceased also left cash deposits valued at P 5, 125,
234.00 in his bank account no. 431565 at the Bank of the
Philippines Islands;
5. That pursuant to Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of
the Philippines, I hereby adjudicate unto myself the above
described properties without judicial proceedings as prescribed
by the aforementioned Rules of Court.
