1. References:
a) Memo from ARD, NCRPO with subject 1 st and Final Tracer re Conduct Pre-
Charge Evaluation and Investigation on E-Subpoena Database Report on
Failure to attend Court Hearing;
b) E-Subpoena Database Report;
c) NAPOLCOM Memorandum Circular No, 2016-002; and
d) Other pertinent documents.

2. In connection with the above references, kindly advised the following personnel
under your supervision to appear before the office of the Station Pre-Charge
Evaluation and Investigation Section, Valenzuela CPS, on December 2, 2019, at
09:00 o’clock in the morning in proper uniform without firearm and to submit an
ANSWER/COUNTER AFFIDAVIT duly notarized/under oath and other pertinent
documents if any, in three (3) sets fastened in three (3) separate folders relative to their
failure to attend court hearings based on the E-Subpoena Data Base.
