Our Heavenly Father,

We are so much grateful for this opportunity to learn again here in school .

To live what we learn, and to love for those we cherish in life.

We are humble to know that our strength is not enough without your help on us.

We are grateful for this brand new day that thou has given to us.

To prove ourselves to you lord, and be an instrument to help this children to learn
and know your will

In our discussion for today

Help us to understand, the way you want us to teach this learner’s

Guide us to the path of righteousness with our association with our co-student
teachers and other personnel here in school.

Give us strength to face our class with humility and confidence

Help us to conquer trials as we go along with our daily teaching moment with our
learners.

Forgive us with our mistakes in life

Give us enough patience to know your will

And help us improve ourselves every day.

Comfort us in time of our sadness and be your light be our guide, to renew our
strength again

We give all our praises into your name and honor your name forever

We humbly leave all this things in the name of your beloved son Jesus Christ

I Believe teaching is not just a job to be accomplished but a passion to be
fulfilled.

A lot of us searching for a purpose in life, one of that purposes is to make our
lives fulfilling. Some things made us happy even though without material thing
to be exchange off. I believe that teaching is one of those fulfilling role we can
choose in life, a passion to be enjoyed without measuring money in returns .The
Joy that cannot just be felt in a short period of time but reflects now unto Eternity.

I Believe that Great Teachers does not measure students just in Grades but in the
potential that portrait into their souls.

I Believe Great teachers knows how to recognize learner’s potential and

intelligent without counting numbers in their works .I believe that teacher should
know how to appreciate the special talents that their Learners have.

I Believe that no one can replaced the role of the teachers in the classroom. Even
though we are now in the modern times, where the technology always needed to
accomplish a task and to make our life more convenient still this technologies
cannot replaced teacher’s work.

I Believe the motivation needed by the Learner’s is not measure with the skill of
the teacher’s or he/hers strategy in teaching or even in the grade that they gave in
their exams, It is measure how the teacher portrayed respect within his Learners,
co-faculty teachers and in his own self. She/He should first motivate his own self,
as they said you cannot give something that you don’t have.

And lastly I Believe that teachers are the hero of the nation that why they need to
be prepared and equipped with challenges of life they always said’’if naging
teacher ka di ka na makakapag asawa dahil sa daming trabaho na meron ka’’ but
on my own opinion, I believe teacher should always give a way for love not just
for his passion but also for his own future. Manage your life like as you manage
your classroom discussion.

Educational Philosophy

As a future molder of this next generation I can say, I am now in a very crucial
status where every step I will make determines other future dreams.
Education is one of the tool we can use to fight many battles in life, whatever
status you are in the society or whatever gender you belongs , if you give
importance to education, you can reach whatever dream you want to your future.

Learning is not happened in single season, we should understand that learning is

truly a lifelong process. Our learners are just traveling through their stages to
maturity we need to be patient until they realize the most important things in this
world.

Teaching is not just giving knowledge to your learner’s but giving them
opportunity to know themselves, their skills and talents.

Teaching is an over-all transformation of oneself. Everyday teachers facing

different people, encountering different scenarios of hardship and patience, like a
diamond you are undergoing sharping and molding of ourselves to become more
matured and worthy to be called at last a ’’Hero to humanity’’

Learners know if you love them. Sometimes a simple kind of advice, a smile or
appreciation, learners recognize teachers that give their very best to teach and
making the classroom a placed for their dreams, soon to be passion and profession
not just discussing a lesson in every period.

Teachers are the guide for learner’s new discovery that cannot teach by our
modern technology

Learning should be shared by the learner’s and the facilitators itself. We cannot
build a strong classroom discussion without the help of each other’s effort to learn
from each other there should have a two way process of learning.

Teaching moments should not be in the teachers only. Parents should involve
themselves in molding this future one’s to be more effective and productive
individual. They should also involve with school activities and consulting them
with their child’s standing in school.

And lastly, I can say that Education is very simple term to know, to say , and
understand but the impact of this word cannot be measured by those simple
terms.
