SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

I Mr. Reinfred Naaeder am an Integrated Development Specialist with over three

(3) years post qualification working experience of which about 1 year was with
an NGO into the rights of children where some of my roles were activities
coordination and facilitation of workshops with the community facilitors. As a
field Officer I led several integrated planning efforts of the organisation,
including coordinating the preparation of Rights of Childrens Clubs (ROCs) for
TV documentaries on the rights of children in the Sissala West District. I worked
closely with local NGOs and donors engaged in various poverty reduction
projects and programmes.

I have worked with Queen of Peace Senior High School as an English tutor for
almost two years.
I have being part of NGOs that carried out several socio-economic studies or
researches for various institutions. Some of which include PPAG and CARE
International.
I currently work for Lighthouse Chapel International as the Finance officer
responsible for entry of offering data and attendance, banking church income and
in-charge of every data pertaining to the church expenditure, payment of salaries
of pastors.
I envision the challenge of working among professionals of different background,
a team of different cultural backgrounds and the challenge of meeting un-
negotiable deadlines. However my background of working in the development
NGO environment and as a tutor at the senior high school level and currently as a
finance officer has given me the needed experience to meet these challenges.
I am a computer literate in Word Processing and Internet Skills.
