 COMPROMISE AGREEMENT AND PROMISSORY NOTE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This compromise Agreement made and Promissory Note is made this 3 rd day of August
2010 and entered into in Tarlac City Philippines by and between:

MR ERICKLEIF R PANGILINAN, of legal age, married and representative of Lending 5

with business address of La Maja Rica Business Center, Mc Arthur Highway, Ligtasan, Tarlac
City herein referred to as the “LENDER”;

and

MRS ALFOVITA DE GUZMAN, of legal age, married and a resident of Cadena de Amor
St., San Vicente, Tarlac City, hereinafter referred to as the “BORROWER”

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, MRS ALFOVITA DE GUZMAN loaned from Lending 5 the amount of Forty
Five Thousand Pesos (Php 45,000.00) which is due and demandable on April 16, 2010 in the
amount of Thirty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Pesos only (Php 33,975.00)
including of the interest and penalty stipulated in the loan agreement made with Lending 5 on
January 19, 2010;

WHEREAS, both parties accepts the terms and conditions made in this compromise
agreement and promissory note to settle the outstanding loan amounted to Thirty Three
Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Pesos only (Php 33,975.00) from the Lender starting
this August 2010;

WHEREAS, the borrower guaranteed the lender by giving voluntarily the following items
as collateral to Lending 5 represented by Ericklief Pangilinan, towit;

WHEREAS, Lending 5 accepts and acknowledges the said items as collateral of the
loan;

WHEREAS, Borrower failed to pay the amount loan within three (3) consecutive months
said items will be forfeited by the lender and the lender has all the rights to dispose the said
itmes ;

NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, covenants and stipulations

hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto have agreed as follows:

PROMISSORY NOTE
 FOR VALUE RECEIVED, BORROWER promises to pay to the order of LENDER the
sum of Thirty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Pesos only (Php 33,975.00)
Philippine Currency without interest within eleven (11) months in the amount of THREE
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 3,000.00);

ADDITIONAL TERMS

1.) The borrower will redeem the above mentioned items upon full payment of the loan;
2.) The lender will safe keep the appliances until the borrower paid the loan;

3.) In the occurrence of Borrower’s failure to pay within three (3) consecutive months the
loan value will be charged for 5% penalty and the loan will be due and demandable
within fifteen days and appropriate case will be filed in higher court without prior notice;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed these present on this 5 th day of
August 2010.
