LIGA BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 27 SERIES OF 2019

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF FORTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TEN (Php 40,510.00) AS
PETTY CASH REPLENISHMENT OF THE LIGA NG MGA BARANGAY OFFICE COVERING THE MONTH OF
APRIL TO MAY 2019.

WHEREAS, The Liga ng mga Barangay Quezon City Chapter, in pursuit of its vision and mission, it
incur expenses whether necessary and incidental in order for its programs, projects, and day-to-day
activities to be realize;
WHEREAS, there is a need to have a revolving fund to defray the necessary and incidental
expenses incurred by the Liga.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LIGA NG MGA

BARANGAY, QUEZON CITY CHAPTER, IN SESSION ASSEMBLED TO AUTHORIZE THE RELEASE OF FORTY
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TEN (PHP 40,510.00) AS PETTY CASH OF THE LIGA NG MGA BARANGAY
OFFICE.
RESOLVED FURTHER, THAT THE AMOUNT BE LIQUIDATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AUDITING
RULES AND PROCEDURES.
ADOPTED this 23rd day of May 2019 at LIGA Office, 2nd Floor Legislative Building, Quezon City
Hall.
