Market analyzing:
For completing our work or project we were required to analyze the market. The objective of the
market analysis section is to know that the market is large enough to create a plan for a goal. For
this we follow some steps like-Segmentation, potential clients.
Business expansion:
When a firm aims to grow considerably by broadening the scope of one of their business
operations in the perspective of customer groups, customer functions and technology
alternatives, either individually or jointly is called as business expansion. The reason for the
expansion could be survival, higher profits, increased prestige, economies of scale, larger market
share, social benefits. Our project was to identify the companies whose mission and vision
matches with the mission and vision of NGO. This means that they want to collaborate with
these companies in future and expand their partnership. So, we worked for the NGO for
expansion of their business in the future.
Professional environment:
This internship also made us familiar with the professional environment and atmosphere at work
places. Our work place was full of highly competent, respectful, mature, and accountable
employees working towards a common goal.
