Rationale Statement:

I am placing the Foundations Lessons Plan 1 under standard six to serve as proof that I am
engaging students by having them do different methods of knowledge demonstration during
assessments. One of the assessments require students to present their understanding through
visual displays. The other has a similar structure but is more interactive between classmates.
This allows me to evaluate the students based on different forms of assessment compared to
traditional written tests. The students are also more engrossed with the lesson and it eases
their anxiety with performance because they do not completely realize they are being assessed.
