SYNOPSIS ON INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMS)

1. Certification of Integrated Management system (IMS) Comprising of 03

International Standards i.e.ISO9001:2015(QMS), ISO14001: 2015 (EMS)
and OHSAS18001:2007 (OH&S) at Carriage Repair Workshop, Hubballi.

2. The Procedures and Maintenance Instruction issued by Railway Board,

RDSO, ICF etc are amalgamated in the IMS Shop Manuals and are
standardized.

3. IMS helps the Workshop to work as a single unit with unified and
realistic targets/objectives.

4. Competence and awareness is developed in employees through training.

5. Internal Auditing is conducted for continuous improvement and

development of Workshops.

6. IMS helps Hubballi Workshops in Increasing the Efficiency and

Effectiveness through:
