ORDER

It is ORDERED, on the court’s own motion, that the parties file supplemental briefs
by 4:00 p.m., Monday, December 23, 2019, addressing the effect of the articles of
impeachment on the issues in this case, including whether the articles of impeachment
render this case moot and whether expedited consideration remains necessary. Appellee
should also address whether it still seeks to compel Appellant’s testimony and, if so,
whether it seeks to compel such testimony in furtherance of its impeachment inquiry or as a
matter of legislative oversight. The supplemental briefs should not exceed 3,000 words
each. In addition to electronic filing, the parties are directed to hand deliver paper copies of
their submissions to the court by the date and time due.
