b. Development and Status
To satisfy Bisliganon’s cravings, our establishment offers varied menu to choose from
and direct message or private message our website their chosen order. Then, it will be
delivered directly to their door step.
c. Future Plan
Click and Eat will be available nationwide.

a. Hours of Operation
10 AM to 2AM.
b. Employee training and Education
As a manager I am more focus on the experience of my employees, because I believe
that it is more applicable in my business venture. The, education will follow, like I will
allow them to attend seminar-workshops that will equip them more to improve the
business.
c. Food Production
The production of the products will be home-based managed regular cooks/chefs. There
will also be part-time chefs/cooks if there is a need of mass production. The products
will be delivered by on-call delivery boy.

a. Compensation and Incentives
Regular employee’s compensation will be based on minimum wage and for those on-call
employees will be based according to the number of orders taken.
b. Management Structure and Style
Transformational managerial style - Employees led by transformational managers are
usually more dedicated and happy -- their managers constantly challenge them and
motivate them with the idea that they can reach their potential if they just keep pushing
themselves. These managers are also right by their employees’ side, doing whatever
they can to help them get better and succeed.
