Q1 : HOW TO MODIFY SCHOOL PROFILE ? (HOI LOGIN)

School profile can be modified from HOI login : School Mgmt >> Update School Basic Details

1. School Name Note :

2. School Type The HOI can change School Name here
3. Year of ESTD For upgraded Schools High Class may change, the concerned HOI to
4. Management modify it and number of sections in upgraded classes to be given.
5. High Class For instance if number of Section is 3 for a particular class, Section
6. Low Class Dropdown menu will include A,B & C
7. Medium Lastly Click Update School Details

Q2 : HOW TO POSITION A SCHOOL IN DASHBOARD LOCATION MAP ? (HOI LOGIN)

The Latitude and Longitude not /wrong provided in previous DISE

To get correct Latitude/Longitude go to www.whatsmygps.com

Type near location / important land mark > Click Find this Location

Drag and Zoom on map to locate school > Right click on School Building and note Latitude &
Longitude > put the value on Location update of HOI dashboard > Click update location
 Q3 : HOW TO GIVE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF PROFILE UPLOADING ? (HOI LOGIN)

All HOIs to give certificate of completion of profile uploading on current date.

Under 2019 Student Mgmt > Enrolment Certification

The profiles as uploaded by

HOI will be fetched here,
Select YES for the classes
profiles completed, click the
Check Box at the bottom
(Certification) and Click
Submit

Note : if any student gets admitted after such certification, the HOI to upload profile and resubmit the certificate.

Q4 : HOW TO RESET PASSWORD OF SCHOOL ? (SI LOGIN)

By clicking Reset Password for

a particular School as reported
by HOI to the concerned Si,
SI to click Reset Password for
that school carefully, the new
password will be school@2019

Q5 : HOW TO DELETE A STUDENT ? (SI LOGIN)

A student can be deleted by HOI, after bulk uploading but not finalized
But SI can delete a student if wrongly finalized by HOI, to do this HOI to give system generated student ID to SI
 Q6 : HOW TO ADD A SCHOOL ? (SI LOGIN)

A school can be added from SI Login (if not previously added) from his jurisdiction. If the school has allotted
UDISE it can be given or the system generates fresh UDISE code.

After giving High Class & Low
Class value (say 10 & 5), no of
class-wise sections to be given
Lastly, click Add School

Q7 : HOW TO MODIFY A CIRCLE ? (DI LOGIN)

A huge number of schools reported not mapped properly with it’s original circle.

Q8 : HOW A GUARDIAN CAN VIEW PROFILE OF HIS SON / DAUGHTER ? (GUARDIAN LOGIN)

Select District, Give Mobile No An OTP will be sent to Guardian WELCOME GUARDIAN
Type Captcha, Click Sign In Mobile, Type OTP & Click Verify Student Name in Box

Guardian can view, Download. If any anomaly found should report to concerned HOI for correction
