Description
NAK intends to outsource some of the outdoor/indoor 2G, 3G, LTE drive tests, walk
tests and post processing activities in province\provinces defined in this contract. Drive
test will be in cities and towns, rural areas, roads and highways and walk test will be
for indoor areas (like buildings, companies, exhibitions), location of DT or WT will be
defined by NAK.
NAK will keep all the rights to decrease or increase the scope of work for the sub-
contractor based on performance, pace and quality of their work.
Penalties will be applied to any low performing items by the sub-contractor and will be
included as a part of the contract.
Any fault during the tests or recording non-proper log files or in post processing or
reporting by sub-contractor, will results in repeating same drive tests or walk tests or
post processing\preparing the reports again without any additional payments.

Area of Tests
Below is the area of required tests in this contract:
- All locations in Khuzestan , Azarbayjan Gharbi and Azarbayjan Sharghi
provinces (defined by NAK including but not limited to borders, roads, cities,
streets, highways, villages, shopping centers, complexes, customer complain
areas(indoor and outdoor).

Test Requirements
All required tests for 2G, 3G and LTE in drive tests and walk tests include:

Voice call, MTC, MOC, http, Web, FTP data download and uploading, VoLTE,
continues download and uploads, inter technology tests, short call, long call, idle and
connected mode, mobile to mobile, mobile to fixed line and vice versa, stationary tests,
mobility tests, Ping, pre and post radio changes tests, cluster, cities, towns, villages,
roads and highways, streets, alleys, indoor areas, shopping malls, tunnels, subway,
big complexes, customer complain areas (indoor and outdoor), any additional test will
be defined by NAK, all kind of tests will cover 2G, 3G and LTE tests. Drive test
measurements may include but not limited to: RNC, BSC, LAC\TAC, Site, Cluster,
Area and City Level, Highways, Rural, Re-design, New Sites, Troubleshooting, site

verification, area verification, cluster drive test, city drive test, rehoming, cutovers, After
upgrades etc. in all around of provinces areas defined in this contract.

Some DTs may require special attention, on-field feedback and basic analysis of the
situation from the DT engineer.

Post Processing
Subcontractor is responsible for post processing and analysis of drive tests and walk
tests defined by NAK. Post processing and analysis include all log file analysis,
coverage and quality analysis, DT KPI analysis, root cause analysis, troubleshooting
of radio issues, CS and PS voice and data analysis for 2G, 3G, LTE, importing log to
post processing tool, creating reports and generating queries, post processing report
templates will be defined by NAK.

Log File Delivery and Reporting


- All log files of the tests should be delivered to NAK Optimization team maximum
by 24 hours after tests in a format or method defined by NAK
- All coverage\quality\throughput\KPI tables and maps for post processing
analysis, needs to be reported in the templates which are delivered by NAK
- All test scripts\sequences for different tests to be performed by subcontractor
should be delivered to NAK
- Reports of post processing analysis, needs to be delivered to NAK based on
defined time plans by NAK

Drive Test Team
Each Drive Test team will be equipped with:

Availability of Drive Test Teams
Drive test service will be provided with monthly fixed price based on flexible working
hours: 24 hours availability as per requirement.

Low performing items


Low performance of subcontractor, will be seen via below items and penalties will be
defined and applied by NAK:

- Poor quality of tests or not fulfilling required tests


- Poor quality of reports or delay in delivery(defined by NAK)
- Unusual delay in performing tests
- Maximum 24 hours delay in sharing logs

Tools and Equipment Provisions


For the purpose of the execution, the supplier shall provide at its own expense,
including any license fee, all resources, tools and any equipment that are directly or
indirectly required. The supplier shall only use the tools and measurement equipment
defined or approved by NAK.
The supplier will perform calibration monthly for all the provided tools to ensure validity
of the collected measurements.

Payment Milestones
100% of the Purchase Order value for one month is provided when monthly DT and
Post Processing activities, reports, complete technical analyzed reports and others
are submitted to and approved by the NAK RF OPT/PLN Team.
