EXECUTIVE SAMMARY

This report is about the internship experience that we have under taken during the last
four months. The internship program is one of the main courses in Engineering faculty in
which special attention is given over the course to broaden the students mind with the
practical skills. For the last four months we’ve been working at Radar Construction Company
as an intern. We were acting as both office and site engineer in order to improve our practical
and theoretical skills. This program is prepared as a part of a new curriculum that allowed
students to have a chance to work at different companies and gain field experience and
knowledge that couldn’t be attained from the theoretical lectures.
This report contains several chapters that show and describe our overall duration at
Radar Construction Company and the benefits we got from the company. Each chapter
briefly describes and gives an overall view about the company and the experience we got
from the internship program.
Chapter one gives a brief history and background of Radar Construction Plc.
Including the objectives, mission, vision, goals, foundation for success and manpower. We
have also presented the flow chart of the organization with detail of each department.
Chapter two deals with the overall internship experience we had got. We have
explained all our observations and experience that we had got from Radar construction p.l.c
during our internship period.
Chapter three deals with the benefits we got from the internship program, in terms of
improving our practical skill, theoretical knowledge, interpersonal communication skill, team
playing skill, leadership skill, work ethics and entrepreneurship skill.
The final chapter, chapter four, contains our conclusion and recommendations for
improvement of works in the company. We have tried to put them as clear as possible and
made them straight enough. Well, hope you find our report more comprehensive and get all
the information you require.
