is what we learned the sbu where strategies in same unit are same. Social responsibility and
adaptableness of an organization is getting more and more important especially in
developed economies and competitive industries. Becomes complicated as the considering
the wide range of factor such as economy of the country, type of industry, competition levels
etc…Fresh innovative idea and entrepreneur capabilities are the success way in the today
world. For this to work out the formal hierarchical structure of old management type should
be abolished and innovative and well defined structure should be made which gives out
natural leader to world.power politics contributes than the position. In matrix organisation
strucuture there can be chance of more power politics.
Risk taking and free expressing opinion are encouraged and become primary necessity in
todays competitive world. organizations is that the direction setting should be shared as the
environment is becoming more complex for a single mind to take all the decisions. Those on
the front lines must be informed and empowered so they can do the right thing for customers
without having to ask permission. If they have to refer decisions upward, adaptability suffers.
Companies must create a situation where internal ideas are competing to get funding and
retaining their best minds is also going to be a challenge. In dynamic organizations people
are their best resource and retaining them is the greatest challenge for HR management.
