PROMIVAC 100% Leak Proof & Seal Less Magnetic Drive Chemical Process Pumps are based upon the latest technology, which is
quite different from the one employed by conventional Chemical Process & Centrifugal pumps.
The most revolutionary characteristic of this pump is that neither the pulley is employed nor the coupling is used to rotate the
propeller of the pump, which moves the liquid or the chemical. Motor is fitted in a separate casing and so is the pump. When
the motor starts rotating, the pump automatically starts working in its own casing and starts pushing up the liquid.
This not only sounds & looks like magic but in reality is only a technique, which Promivac has adopted. Here, the liquid does
not come in contact with the shaft hence no chance of corrosion, irrespective of the degree of gravity of its aggressiveness.
Leakage, of course, is simply out of question.

This type of pump can safely handle hazardous, highly corrosive & toxic chemicals of low density (upto 1.4 sp.gr.) and clear
liquids within 80°C. That the outlet can be directed at any desired angle is an other extra facility. Pumps with wetted
components made from high quality Glass Filled Reinforced Polypropylene (GFRPP), Viton, Teflon & Ceramic are generally
available from ready stock or against short delivery period. However, pumps made up from other variety of materials suiting
user’s specific needs can also be supplied against firm orders.
These pumps have proved a panacea for host of transferring problems of hazardous liquids like NH3, HCl, H2SO4, HNO3, HPo4,
HF, R-OH, Al(OH)3, FeCl3 and have become a boon for Photo-processing, Electroplating, Metal Finishing, Etching, Descaling,
Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Chemical Processing and Filtration Industries.
