Subject: - ATTEND THE P/FAULT ON 132KV WANA-GOMAL ZAM DAM SECTION

RE Gomal Zam Dam provided only GZD Datson & POL filled by own
responsibility of lender. On dated;15-11-2018 The GZD Vehicle No. was received
from CRBC D.i.khan along with Driver Shah Nawaz. After receiving the Vehicle the line
staff thoroughly patrolled the above subjected T/L from Gomal Zam Power House to
Sikander Check Post and went back to the headquarter Tank.
On dated; 16-11-2018 the Line Staff went to Gomal Zam Dam power house and
open the transmission the line jumpers and then started the remaining the patrolling from
Sikander Check post to Wana GSS,during patrolling found Nos.32 Disc Insulators flashed
over on tower location No.55,59,132 and 135,on yellow and blue phases.
Vide PTW No.786514 replaced Nos.16 flashed over disc insulators by new ones
on tower location No. 55, 59 and due to shortage of time other tower location No.
132,135 were not attended on the same date and went back to the Wana G.S.S.
On dated; 17-11-2018, Remaining 16Nos flashed over disc insulators on tower
location No.132,135 were replaced by new one. After completion the work, PTW
cancelled and T/L energized through RCC Islamabad at 17-40Hrs and load was 12
Ampere ,which held ok. So far, 80Nos. Disc insulators have been replaced up till now
out of 100Nos.
On dated; 18-11-2018, Undersigned along with Line staff went back to
headquarter Tank and GZD Vehicle No. was returned to RE Gomal Zam Dam,CRBC
Dikhan.
