JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE/SETTLEMENT
WE, JAIS A. CABUHARI and MIDZFAR A. JALALI, both of legal age and
residents of Sta. Barbara, Zamboanga City and Sta. Catalina, Zamboanga City
respectively, after having been duly sworn in accordance with the law hereby depose and
state that:
1. We are the private complainants, in Incident Report Form (IRF) with entry number
099807-201912-28021 and IRF with entry number 099807-201912-28022
respectively, all dated December 30, 2019;

2. After several conferences, we have set aside our differences and have decided to
forgive whatever trespasses that may have occurred between us;

3. For the above-stated reasons, we hereby declare that we are no longer interested
in pursuing any civil, criminal or any other charges and we desire to move on and
continue with our endeavors;

4. We hereby manifest our sincerest appreciation of the efforts extended to us by the

Police Station 11, this city;

5. This affidavit is our free and voluntary act. We executed this without any force,
intimidation, influence, and coercion from any person or entity. This affidavit also
signifies our intention to refrain from further prosecuting any charges and hereby
WAIVE all other rights and claims that we have pertaining to this incident, now
and thereafter;

6. Finally, we are executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing
statements and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hand this 30th day of
