Introduction:- It’s our privilege to participate in such
a Spectacular technical event conduct by IIT Kanpur,
in short Techkriti.

We are a bunch of tech enthusiast who would love to

come, learn, enjoy and participate in this great event.
If you select this team then we will make sure to be
the best competitor among all the other. We have a
great team work and when it comes to Robotic we go
crazy and then just do our best to come first in each
and every competitions.
Our teams name is also shows our passion as it says
“All Sparks” which means we all have that spark
within us to shine in the field of robotics.
CONSTRUCTION
Introduction to the bot 1(with gripper)
List of components used in bot 1 :-

•2Johnson motors of 200 Rpm + 2 Vega motors of 200 Rpm.  4

wheels of 5*2 dimension.
•Chassis is made of ply wood of quarter of a inch.
•Normal wires for connections
•Ready-made gears both worm and round gears.
•Foam for gripper.
•Technical hands of my co members
We first made the chassis of (180x150)mm. Then we attached all the
motors in the manner as shown in the image keeping gap of 100mm
length wise on one side. Doing this was a pretty easy.
Then for the gripper part we attached the motor with the worm pinion
which moves the round gear which moves the hand mechanism move
up and down. Then to make the gripper part we attached the motor to
another worm pinion which is in touch with to round gears which

moves sides ways in opposite directions.

In the last slide you had seen the image of the bot in its fully extended
shape and now you can see the bot in its minimum space required
shape. The hand mechanism is placed in such a way that we get the
maximum stability.

List of components used in bot 2

• 4 Johnson motors of 150 rpm.

• Rainbow wires
• Wheels of 10x2
• Chassis is made of PVC pipe.

We have first attack the pipe in a “I” shape and then we attack
the motors in each cavity of the pipe on all the four corners.
Then we attached the wheels of 10x2 size. It’s a sweet and
simple bot.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Both the bots are wired controlled manual bot which are powered by 12V batteries of
10A current rating. Two sides of the motors are connected to one DPDT switch and
rest two another DPDT switch. When one side of motor move forward and one side is
moved backwards then the motor turns in either direction. This mechanism is same
for both the bots.

Any Information you would like to share

We are first year students so we haven’t got much opportunity to participate in

such events but yes we have taken part in Our college technical fest (Gantavya).
In the fest we had taken part in the Robothon(Robo race),Mini war and wild
soccer events.
We have secured the 4th position in the Robothon event defeating the 65 teams
which had participated in the competition. We have our YouTube channel where
you can see the video of our robo race events first round.
Though we couldn’t make any mark in the wild soccer event and mini war.
Link of our YouTube channel is given in the reference section.
