How to activate your DVD/Pen drive/Download

1. Insert DVD/Pen drive in your PC. If you have downloaded

the content, then extract the zip to a folder on a drive OTHER
than the C Drive. DVD/Pen drive/ unzipped folder content
should look as shown on the right.

2. Double click on VideoPlayer.exe. If you get a blocked

message, click on 'More Info' and Run Anyway. Click
'OK' to close VideoPlayer.exe.

3. Double click on ContentBrowser.exe. If you get a blocked Note: If your antivirus blocks

5. ContentBrowser will prompt you to watch instructions video. E.g.: how to add to exception quickheal,

5. Follow instructions to activate the software. After activation,

in ContentBrowser open folders by clicking on the + signs
and Single Click on any Video File to Play.

6. If your system does not have the proper codec's installed,

you will be prompted to install codec. Click ok button to watch Note that if you observe issues in
video on how to install codec. Follow instructions to install codec. video playback like jerky
playback, sound issues etc.
then it is due to codec mismatch.
Uninstall any DVD playing
7. After codec installation, in ContentBrowser single click on any or DVD Burning software. Restart
video file to play. Video should play now. PC re-install codec and try to play
video.

8.. If any other errors show up, click ok to watch video to fix the error
and follow steps as shown in the video. You can also refer to the
videos/pdf's in the HowToPlay videos folder (including Troubleshooting
folder) to resolve any further errors.
