About Bianca Tudor
She started her career from the first year of college, working in a multinational. Over time, she
gained experience, discovered her managerial skills, and at the age of 22 she becomes the Director
of Training and Personal Development for the Global Organization Junior Chamber International
Bucharest.
The managers quickly noticed the young woman, and after advancing her as a member of the
management board, in 2012 she joined a project of the European Commission - "Equality Pays Off"
- carried out both in Bucharest and Vienna. After this project was successfully completed, with
internationally notable results, Bianca Tudor realized that she can give confidence and courage to
other women who want to enter in the business world, thus Elite Business Women was born.
At 26, Bianca was the youngest Regional Director at The Alpha Group International.

Founded in 2015, Elite Business Women is an entrepreneurial education company for women; a

MINDSET FOR SUCCESS
Staying limited is comfortable. It does not set you up, it does not set you down. You do not fail
but also not raise. And for sure, someone like this will live long. But what is the purpose if in the
end, your life is empty?
As a piece of advice: react as if the world is yours, react as if none can defeat you. It doesn't
matter how high the price is, just follow your dreams. But do everything with a good heart. Do
never forget that you are unique. Only the original individuals will aim high, the followers will be
just an ordinary copy and they will be always a thousand steps back.
I know that my visions are apart, I am stubborn and loyal to me and my principles. I dream of
my visions and never go aside from my path. When I have a goal I know that nothing is impossi-
ble. Just as Winston Churchill, one of my favorite characters, once said: "If you're going through
hell, keep going…" And believe me, I know what hell means, I have been there and I smiled at the
devils.
I have been my teacher, learning from my own mistakes. Like a rebel, curious and nonconform-
ist child, full of atypical ideas, I failed may time, but these experiences empowered me to try
harder. I am in continuous competition, but in a competition with myself. Me the one in the
present, to be better in the future, than my version from the past.
I keep my eyes open and my mind clear and look at everything with ambition and kindness in
my soul. It is not the success that I am looking for, I am looking for the way that completes and
forms me as an invincible individual.
I never, never give up. Impossible is just impossible for me. I aim high. How high? So high until
looking back down to the stars, they seem like small glittering points.

The last weeks have brought me very close to the Romanian entrepreneurs in 1to1 meetings,
presenting a brand new project by EBW - a collaborative economy project.
What do Uber, Airbnb, Emag and Elite Business Women have in common? Here is an article
on collaborative economics, but first let's see - what do the Romanian entrepreneurs say?
Is that so? You already know that I've been encouraging entrepreneurship for a long time. You
know that I started from ZERO, with the last salary from a multinational social business, Elite
Business Women, which is now in 5 cities in Romania and 4 countries in Europe.
So I think YES, we can be successful in entrepreneurship and the key to success lies in the
concept of a collaborative economy that emphasizes teamwork, community spirit and
involvement.
How would the Romanian society change if we integrated this concept more, not only in
entrepreneurship? It will still be elections and dissatisfied people, with political class issues?
I come up with a simple civic example. Before voting I was out running: on the alley an empty
trash bin that had McDonald's bags thrown on the floor. I leaned over and gathered the
garbage. Not for the applause I made this gesture, but because it is not just about them but
also about NOT being in the "let it not be my job" mentality. It's my job because I know I am
Romanian.

These are online platforms where people can make money by sharing, lending or selling
goods and services. In other words, business that helps you do business.
Sharing economy is one of the fastest growing business trends in history, with investors plac-
