Job title: Sales executive

Job summary

To achieve agreed sales and collection targets including product mix,

ͻ To manage and develop business of allocated sales territory by implementing sales plan,
ͻ To maintain and develop relationships with customers,
ͻ Build and implement ͞Business Development Plan͟ for individual accounts in-charge territory,
ͻ Assist Sales Manager to carry out additional assignments/plans as required for the team͛s effective
operation.

Job requirements:

Age 25to 38 years

ͻ Male/Female,
ͻ University graduate with experience in field sales (2-3 years),
ͻ Willingness to learn; team work spirit; motivated person,
ͻ Ability to plan and report on assigned tasks,
ͻ Ability to work flexibly with colleagues to achieve team objectives,
ͻ Strong communication and presentation skills,
ͻ Ability to manage and prioritize own workload.
ͻ Fluency in Vietnamese and English will be an advantage

Job title: Marketing executive

Job summary: coordinate with our marketing, sales groups to facilitate marketing functions and
production of marketing materials (brochures͙)

Working on the marketing publications and assist in implementation of the Marketing Strategy

Provide status reports to management on overall sales and marketing activities.

Co-ordination of development of marketing pieces for print, internet, television and radio.
Job requirements:

University degree preferred and one year experience in related field

Good knowledge of marketing techniques and organizational and planning skills

The ability to work on multiple projects at one time and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

A good team player, excellent written and verbal skills

Job title: Accounting clerk

Job summary

Keep, record the transactions with accurate information

Provide monthly report to finance manager and prepare semi-annual financial statements to the board
of directors

Job requirements:

University graduates with related major (accounting)

Present good understanding of accounting principles, how to record transactions based on Vietnamese
standards

2 years of experience in related field

An honest person with high level of discipline

  



Job title: Purchasing clerk

Job summary: Manage the inflow and outflow of product of each department (Food and beverage,
healthcare͙).

Maintain an accurate record and report monthly to manager in charge

Job requirement:

University degree and one year experience in related field

An honest person with high level of discipline
