What makes Since childhood, I have always been an enthusiastic, hardworking and street-smart fellow.
you a stand-out My uniqueness is what lets be a value addition to any team. I constantly draw from my
candidate for a experiences: the skills to manage teams, the ability to drive and pivot projects and the
scholarship? motivation to keep going. Above these individual skills and talents, I have acquired
(Max. 250 adaptability and flexibility. Marching with new teams, especially those encompassing diverse
words) backgrounds, excites me. Bringing out the strengths and mitigating weaknesses, of people, of
situations and of resources, can't be learnt any other way. I value the osmosis of ideas and
skills that such interactions bring about as well as the polish it brings to my own skills.
I am an innovator at heart. I co-founded a start-up while pursuing my Bachelors and still
managed to perform great academically. A background in engineering, especially computer
science, has proven effective in providing me with universal skills and also satiating my
lifelong interest in the subject.
Skill development is a major commitment of mine. I have conducted training sessions for my
colleagues, proactively as well as on demand, for new age, open source technologies. These
open source development skills will empower them and the organization in myriad ways and
foster cheaper innovation.
This philosophy of empowering everybody is what I want to bring to the table. Every entity
can write its own success story, all it needs is empowerment. This scholarship, if granted, will
indeed empower me to pursue the MBA course even more boldly and help me make a
difference.
I come from India. This sub-continent is in a state of flux. We have amazing growth rates but
lag far behind the rest of the world in human development. Malnutrition, illiteracy and
inadequate healthcare are problems we have become accustomed to. I look at this
juxtaposition as the perfect opportunity to transform our society. I can conveniently learn
from those economies that have developed before mine and leverage our excesses to solve
the problems. I believe what India and many other high growth potential economies of Asia
need are innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders who seek to make a difference.

If awarded a I understand that all my prospective batch mates will carry a unique blend of skills, talents,
scholarship, experiences, ideas, thought processes and aspirations. If awarded a scholarship, I believe my
how would you blend will be a supplement to that of the rest of the school. I am convinced my energies will
contribute to create a synergy with that of the campus. I will be positively surprised if my level of
and engage enthusiasm is matched. I look forward to collaborating with all the impressive individuals that
with the Cass CASS Business School attracts. It will be exciting to put to good use all my skills and talents;
community? while expanding them. I will also be looking to provide my support to any worthy causes.
(Max. 250 I always believe that a rich blend of subject knowledge associated with the co-curricular
words) activities makes it, to a perfect way of learning. I look forward to actively taking on a
volunteering role in the class, help organise alumni meets, join a club committee or maybe
even lead one.
The end is never the end. It's always the beginning of something. My contribution to the
community won’t finish after I graduate because I believe “Once a part of Cass, always a part
of Cass”. The roles might change; the way I contribute might change. However, my
contribution to the community will never cease. I aim to conduct myself to make a
tremendous and lasting impression upon the institution and serve as a lifelong member of the
community.
