MINUTES OF THE STAFF MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 03, 2018

1. The meeting started with a prayer led by Mrs. Elsie A. De Guzman.

2. Mrs. Dela Cruz reminded the staff of the documents to be prepared in preparation of the
CID Monitoring
- List of Books, TG, LM
- LAC Sessions
- Teacher’s Capability Building
- Curriculum Contextualization
Furthermore, she reiterated that DLL should always be aligned with the CG.
“CG in not negotiable”.

3. Starting Monday (August 6) the COT Form shall be used for classroom observation.
Teachers were enjoined to invite the SH for class observation.

4. MISTAH Plus should always be considered. Therefore, early preparation is the key.
Teachers were encouraged to be ready all the time.

5. DTR and Logbook should be religiously accomplished. Upon arrival, fill-up the DTR
and Logbook honestly and accurately.

6. Activities for the month of August

- District Meet (August 23- 24)
 - Division YES-O Camp (August 30-September 01)

7. QCS as host for the Division Science Coordinators Meeting, tentatively scheduled on
August 24.

8. MTAP Saturday classes to start on August 04.

9. Teachers to submit the 1st Periodical Test with Table of Specifications (TOS) for
checking and approval before the examination date on August 8-9.

10. If there are problems occurring in the school, report immediately to the principal or
officer in-charge to be given speedy actions.
