Sub: Letter of Intent (L.O.I.) to join duty in Qatar

Further to my application and subsequent recruitment process which I underwent, I hereby confirm the following LOI,
subject to meeting the conditions in the special notes:
Position Drainage Foreman / Inspector
Division / Dept. PWA GTC/033/2016
Contract Status Single Status
Duration of Probation 6 Months (during probation, if services are poor, employee can be terminated with short notice.)
Monthly Basic Salary ■ QR.4,500/- Per Month
Food Allowance ■ QR.300/- Per Month
Accommodation Provided by the Company (Shared bachelors housing)
Transportation Provided by the Company
Leave Salary 21 days upon completion of 1 year.
Gratuity Gratuity is applicable only if service period exceeds one year as per the Qatar Labour Law
Air Ticket Provided after 1 year completion to nearest Airport ( as per Home of Record, Economy Ticket)
Medical Card Provided by Company
W.C. Insurance Provided by Company as per Qatar Labour Law
Employment Contract 3 Years, Renewable
Working Time Shift Duty of 8 Hours, 6 days work per week. Shift Time decided by the Client. Daily working may be
extended up to 10 hours, however weekly total working hours will be 48 Hrs. OT provided if work
hours exceed 48 hours per week or 6 days per week
Responsibilities: As Drainage Foreman / Inspector

Special Notes: (1) Candidates should pass the medical test before travelling to Qatar, as per company checklist.
(2) Candidate should bring with him the attested original Educational Certificates.
(3) Attested Original Certificate to be surrendered to company.
(4) Work location will be anywhere in Qatar as informed by the company and subject to change to any
project.
(5) If the employee resigns before completion of 3 years contract, recruitment expenses to be paid by
the employee.
(6) Employee should have a valid Driving License from Qatar. Employee may have to drive a vehicle
as part of the job.
(7) If the employee is absent for any working day, without informing the company, penalty imposed
by Client will be charged to him, in addition to Edgewater imposed penalty.
(8) During the probation period, if Client finds the employee not suitable, you will return to your
home country.
(9) Employee should provide 3 month notice before resigning.
(10) Letter of Appointment (LOA) is valid upon joining in Qatar.
(11) Other conditions applicable as per Qatar Labour Law.
