AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, FELDES G. MONSALE, of legal age, married, Filipino and with address at 503
Delgado St., Iloilo City, Philippines after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the authorized representative of the Complainant Jeco Distributors Co.,

Inc. in a criminal case for qualified theft against its employee, Archie
Juntarciego, under N.P.S. Docket No. VI-10-INV-19F-00426 now pending
Preliminary Investigation before the City Prosecutors Office of Iloilo City;

2. We have come into settlement with Archie Juntarciego pertaining

our company’s claim against him;

3. We have decided not to pursue further actions including prosecuting the

complaint filed against Archie Juntarciego in view of the compromise
agreement we have entered into;

4. I execute this affidavit of desistance to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
and to request the City Prosecutor Office to dismiss my Complaint as I am
voluntarily withdrawing the same.
