JINGLE MAKING CONTEST

MECHANICS
1. The Nutri-Jingle is open to all certified students of Motiong National High
School.
2. The theme of the jingle shall be “Healthy Diet, Gawing Habit – For Life!”.
3. One representative for each year level only (from Grade 7 – 12) with a
minimum of 3 students and maximum of 10 students for each group.
4. Entry format requirements:
A. Song entries must:
1. Bear the theme “Healthy Diet, Gawing Habit – For Life!”.
2. Be originally written and arranged by participants.
3. Be written in English or Filipino.
4. Not be more than 5 minutes but not less than 3 minutes in length
including intro and extro.
5. Not contain any indecent and offensive words.
5. Participants who will not adhere to these conditions shall acquire deductions
on their points.

ZUMBA DANCE CONTEST

MECHANICS
1. The Zumba dance contest is open to all certified students of Motiong
National High School.
2. Each year level (from Grade 7 – 12) shall have a minimum of 20 and a
maximum of 30 members only.
3. Each group will perform to a dance music that will be chosen by the Zumba
Master during the competition.
4. The Zumba Dancers/ Participants will only follow the steps of the Zumba
Master during the competition.
5. Zumba Dancers/Participants must wear proper Zumba attire. Groups not in
Zumba attire will not be allowed to join the contest.
6. One participant with the ‘Best Zumba Attire’ will be chosen during the day of
competition.
