1. Executive Summary

The world is becoming older and different businesses are emerging. It

is being developed to meet the needs of the people. These various

businesses are helpful and useful in our everyday lives. In this modern era,

there are many peculiar businesses that were born, and it is definitely loved

by everyone. One of these is the business that Group 1 established. An

interesting and captivating business.

The Sifries Intersection is a small diner located at Manuel A. Roxas

High School Paco Manila. We can proudly say that the products of this store

are French fries, mojos and fresh juices. The products that were mentioned

above are the favorite foods of Filipino people particularly the children

because besides that the products are afforded by most of us; also it is our

favorite snacks. It is the best partner when we are talking to our classmates

and friends. Customers can watch how the products being made to assure

that these are natural and healthy.

The Sifries Intersection will be determined to hold this vision to become

the preeminent store in fulfilling and comforting each individual by giving the

best and affordable products. The root of this vision is since the products of

The Sifries Intersection are French fries, mojos and natural juices, and these
are will be served differently because its taste is uncommon and captivating

in the eyes of the customer. Aside from being affordable the price also will

rest assured that the products have no chemical ingredients. The Sifries also

hope to establish another store in some places and to be known by many.

The Sifries Intersection is for everyone. It is dedicated to provide high

quality and affordable products to the customers in a comfortable and natural

way. It is a great way to explore the owner of the reality of the business world.

It makes to broaden the knowledge and strategy of the owner in selling a

product. We intend to continue to buy in our suppliers to have a fair return

and to continue the quality of our products. We also sustain and uphold

equal, friendly and comfortable work environments which value and

recognize teamwork and hard work.

The specific purpose of this business proposal is to create and

establish new products that everyone can have and afford. Also, this

business will be the starting point to find out what really the business world

is. Therefore, it can be a stepping stone to get creative ideas and new

knowledge that can be used to help the business grow and develop. The

vision and mission of the business will play a major factor to achieve success

for the business. The owners can have an opportunity to help the person in

need because of the income of the business.


2. Company Description

The Sifries Intersection serves a famous combo of fries and beverage

to the vicinity of Manuel A. Roxas High School in Paco, Manila. The business

is a corporation, spearheaded by the five empowered person, Eliza Aubrey

G. Pesado, Kathleen Jessica B. Francia, Jomarie Soriano, Daniel B.

Ganalon and Rianni Jien Samonte. The Sifries Intersection is situated at

Manuel A. Roxas High School and will start its operation this coming

January.

The Sifries Intersection perceives the lives of people, especially the

students who cannot afford to buy expensive food. Through this, The Sifries

Intersection will advantageously provide a perfect fries with a combo of juicy

drink with reasonable price. The Sifries Intersection serves a crispy and

flavorful fries and mojos, and juicy drink. That is why; the Sifries Intersection

is distinct to other companies.

The business hopes to meet the gross sales of 5,000 pesos by the end

of one month. In order to accomplish this objective, The Sifries Intersection

plans on offering various promos.

3. Products and Services


The Sifries Intersection will provide a crispy and flavorful fries and

mojos with a combination of juicy drink by the flavor of fresh lemon. Since

the customers, specifically the students are looking for low-priced foods but

will satisfy their cravings, we will target in providing this affordable product.

The Sifries Intersection have an across the board reputation which serves a

famous perfect fries which has a crunchy exterior and a light, fluffy interior,

with a combination of various flavors of cheese, barbecue and sour cream.

When it comes to the beverage, The Sifries Intersection serves a juicy drink

with freshly squeezed lemons, not just the lemon extract, or anything

chemical. These kinds of products cannot produce by other businesses.

In addition clients can avail the products online without visiting the

store. And also, customers who can avail three and up orders can avail a

discount.

The Sifries Intersection will have favorable circumstances over its

competitors. So it is decided to have its different flavors of fries and mojos,

also we will add a new juicy drink flavor other than lemon. It is also decided

that major customers will be having freebies that will build up our reputation

as a customer-friendly business.
Development will enable us to move products offering into new taste

for the customers. In regards, with our popularity we will have planned to

make pamphlets and infomercial. We will also explore new ideas and

suggestions, utilizing our current reputation to offer delicious fries, mojos and

juicy drink, in an affordable price.

4. Market Analysis

The Sifries Intersection focuses on the community in school, with a

special focus on the visitors of the school that becomes customers. Manuel

A. Roxas High provides excellent customers for our products that served as

their favorite snacks and perfect partner when having a chill and talk with

their friends and classmates.

4.1 Market Segmentation

Our market is divided into three different psychographics: Student

partners, Staffiever and visitors welcomers. They represent groups of people

sharing related reasons for patronizing The Sifries Intersection.

Student partners are mainly the students who are busy with their

studies and yet miss to have a chilling talk with their friends and classmates.

The Sifries Intersection will give the comfort that they need.
Staffiever has actually encompassed all Teaching and Non-Teaching

Members and Faculty and Non-Faculty Staff. The Sifries Intersection will

give them food and drinks that will relieve their stress.

Visitors welcomers are just that- visitors and guests in school. The

Sifries Intersection will bring them the best and affordable foods that give

them entertainment and satisfaction.

We have specifically address sectors of people with an

acknowledgment for delicious snacks and a need for amenity and relaxation.

The Sifries Intersection is a haven for the busy and visitors who want to treat

themselves to something uncommon and affordable. It is best for rewarding

themselves. These people will appreciate the high-quality product. Our

customers will also feel happiness and fast service- whether dining it or take

out.

Although The Sifries Kitchen is organizing a new niche in the

foodservice world, we do share some comparison and compete with several

kinds of businesses.

1. Store: any store offering various products.

2. Beverages Station: Any beverages that have several choices of

flavors and drinks.

3. Potato Store - a store that also offers the same product that we

have.

Although The Sifries Intersection is opening up a new niche in the

business industry, it sure that we are competing with several and different

smaller businesses. We need to compete against the belief that potatoes

and juices always have some chemical ingredients. We want every day to

be a reason to gratify the self-fulfillment needs of the people. And being able

to watch how the products made is a special treat for everyone. While the

price may be a factor when competing with the other business. The Sifries

Intersection is a very friendly and affordable price. We believe that it gives

them happiness and comfort plus the aesthetic ambiance setting.

Comfort factors also play a major role in customer decisions. Both the

atmosphere and staff on The Sifries Kitchen shine at being hospitable and

friendly. And the menu will serve as a comfort and stress reliever food. We

will present the best product in a very creative manner.

Competitive Edge

Our competitive edge is our affordable and unique way of presenting

our products. Although there a lot of businesses that will also establish, none

are quite like The Sifries Kitchen. We are offering the customers an

uncommon new experience and the best quality product. Only in Sifries
Intersection can find how lovely the products are made, it will prepare in front

of them.

5. Strategy and Implementation

The Sifries Intersection uses a strategy that includes a high total quality

product and service. Our promise is in our location, the products we sell and

the people we are targeting to attract and the atmosphere we wanted to

create.

Potato Mojos is a super easy and yummy snack or appetizer for

everyone. It is a very creative way to innovate a simple potato product in the

market for a small business. There are new ways to promote the Sifries to

the costumers.

First we can offer the costumer a free taste of the product. A loyal

customer is a key to a better production of sales and promotions because

they are the one who intent to buy your product first, because of the good

impression you have made in the free taste launching.

Second, social media can also be a platform to promote the Sifries in

creating an advertisement and promos that will attract future costumers to

buy the product. We can consider face book as the major social media

platform to promote a business. We can post ads and posters that include
the promos we are offering them, for example; a buy-1 take 1 free promo

and an exclusive discount for the first limited buyers for the opening of the

business to persuade more customers to purchase the product.

When it comes to the product's cost, it is very affordable and

convenient for students as our targeted costumers. We promote an

environment and pocket friendly snack for every student!

The Sifries Kitchen team consists of the F&B Manager, Financial and Service

Manager including the staff and crew.

Eliza Aubrey Pesado, Food, and Beverages Manager

Ms. Pesado is a Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences Students

in Manuel A. Roxas High School. She is an all-over rank 2 in academic

performances. Also, she receives many awards throughout her high school

life. She has many experiences when it comes to managing a team.

Responsible and leader material. In addition, she is the current Vice

President External of the Kamalayan Club, an exclusive organization for

students under Humanities and Social Sciences. She has the traits of a

manager a business could have. She is very efficient in her work and is very

critical.

Kathleen Jessica Francia, Financial Manager, Cashier

Ms. Francia is a Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences Students

in Manuel A. Roxas High School. She is very good at financing as her


expertise. A consistent top student in both secondary and senior high school.

She is very accommodating and friendly. The current President of the

Kamalayan Club. She can able to adapt and perform various different

functions or activities. She has an idea of the functions of every position.

.Also, her personality is easy to catch and fast learner.

Jomarie Soriano, Service Manager

Mr. Soriano is a Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences Students

in Manuel A. Roxas High School. He is one of the consistent honor students

in secondary and senior high school. Also, he is the current secretary of the

Kamalayan Club. He is very accommodating, calm and hard working. He is

very capable of his position in being the Service Manager.

Daniel Ganalon, Bartender, Order Taker

Mr. Ganalon is a Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences Students

in Manuel A. Roxas High School. He received many academic and several

nonacademic awards at the secondary level and in senior high school. He is

also a consistent honor student and one of the representatives of Supreme

Student Government. He has a very persuasive personality and has the skills
in the field of his position. He is capable of doing something unique in his

own way.

Jien Rianni Samonte, Main Cook, Order Taker

Ms. Samonte is a Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences Students

in Manuel A. Roxas High School. She is a good role model student in senior

high school and has several academic awards at the secondary level. She

has the skills in cooking and is very consistent with her job and position. She

was expert in this field, she can present the products creatively and unique.

7. Financial Plan and Projections

This section presents our financial projections for the term of the plan.

EXPENSES

Our business would be 'The Sifries Intersection' which our group will sell

fries and drinks in a bundle and mojos and drinks in a bundle. In this

business, we have 1000 pesos that will serve as our fund or basic some of

our money. The following is an expense that would be used in our business.

Product Development

On developing our business we should gain income from our business

twice income from our capital that is why we choose this business because
we all know that we can gain double income from our capital. Below is the

explanation of our income.

On two kilograms of fries, we could pack 40 pcs. packed of fries, each

pack could sell 10 pesos if we could sell 40 pcs. of packed fries by 10 pesos

each we could gain 400 pesos for every 2 kilogram of fries which is the

original price is 180 pesos for 2 kilogram but that we could gain double

income, the same as the mojos but not that just because our business which

is fries and drinks in a bundle.

For the drinks, we decided to use calamansi drinks which our main

capital is 375 peas which we could make a 1 gallon of calamansi juice, if we

could make a 40 cups of drinks and each cup would be 20 pesos each, if we

sell 40 pcs of drinks for 20 pesos each, we could gain 800 pesos.

Our business will gain 1200 pesos for every 855 pesos.
