I had applied for a study permit for Canada on DATE for the course of COURSE NAME in
INSTITUTION NAME and got the visa rejection on REJECTION DATE. The study permit was
rejected for the following reasons:

“TYPE REASON FROM REJECTION LETTER” – example: “Your proposed studies are not
reasonable in one light or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of
establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans”.

I also ordered GCMS notes and have gone through the detailed rejection reason. I wish to offer
following clarifications/explanation to the same with a request to kindly reconsider my
application and grant me the study permit.

GCMS/CAIPS notes –

COPY PASTE from GCMS/CAIPS notes. The notes are usually found in the last 5 pages of
the report.

Sample - The gap between completion of PA’s credential in 2014 and proposed course of study
in Canada in 2017 is of concern and proposed course of study is not a logical progression from
the PA’s completed credential and work experience. It is not evident why the PA would pursue
such a course of study in Canada at such great expense at this time. The PA also has
significant number of fails. Based on the above, on balance, I am not satisfied that proposed
studies are reasonable in light of qualifications/educational background. I am not satisfied this
applicant is a bona fide student. Weighing the information on hand in this specific case, the
applicant has failed to establish that they are a bona fide temporary resident who will leave
Canada following the completion of their studies pursuant to section R216 (1) (b) of IRPA.
